The apartment is characterised by its size as well as the number of rooms. Impressive window facades, the spacious kitchen, 1 balcony and 1 south-facing roof terrace give the apartment its fantastic comfort.
You enter the apartment through a spacious corridor, which is equipped with wardrobe, a large mirror and sitting accommodation.
Right next to the corridor is the large, fully equipped kitchen on the right. This includes a large fridge-freezer, dish washer, ceramic hob, oven and filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
From the kitchen you get to the first small bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be divided into two single beds with a size of 90x200 cm.
The second and third bedrooms are located in the back of the holiday apartment, facing east. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have access to their own balcony. In the middle of the corridor is the separate toilet with wash basin and mirror. Right next door is the original bathroom, equipped with a large window, shower, bathtub, 2 washbasins, mirror, hairdryer and washing machine.
The heart of the holiday apartment is located directly on the left side of the corridor, opposite the first bedroom: A light-flooded living room with a round window front invites you to linger. A large dining table with space for 8 people is located directly on the window front. Two sofa beds (90x200 cm) and armchairs invite the whole family to linger. The large Smart TV leaves nothing to be desired for a good film for everyone.
Through the living room, to the south, is the fourth bedroom with direct access to the roof terrace. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be divided into two single beds with a size of 90x200 cm.
A highlight of the comfortable holiday apartment is the approx. 30 m² roof terrace with partial lake view. Access is either via the fourth bedroom or the staircase. The roof terrace can also be used by the upper apartment "Immenstaad 2". The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, parasols and much more. Small ball games can even be played on the terrace above the roofs of Immenstaad and the sun is inviting from morning to night.

In just a few minutes you can walk from your apartment to the promenade on Lake Constance. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, mini golf, free swimming areas as well as a lido and indoor pool.
Immenstaad is a beautiful village right on Lake Constance between Überlingen and Friedrichshafen, near Meersburg. It offers a large bike rental service as well as a direct bike network along the lake in the direction of Überlingen and Friedrichshafen.
Historically shaped cities such as Überlingen, Ravensburg or Konstanz as well as the island of Mainau can be reached quickly by bus and boat.
