Directly from your private parking space you walk along the way through the archway to your holiday apartment in the first building on the left. A stair leads you directly to your holiday apartment.
From the spacious and bright hallway you enter the modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4-plate stove, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. For short snacks the bar with 2 bar stools offers an ideal seating.
Next to the kitchen you will find the comfortably furnished living room with a view of the garden. Equipped with a flat screen TV, two sofa beds (90x200) and a dining table, it invites you to relax after a long day.
The bedroom is located at the end of the corridor with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be easily separated into two single beds (90x200). The bedroom benefits from its spaciousness and offers plenty of space for all kinds of baggage. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view from the apple orchards and vineyards up to the Gehrenberg in Markdorf.
The bathroom is equipped with tub and integrated shower, washbasin, comfortable mirror cabinet, base cabinet and hairdryer. Its frosted glass window makes it very brightly and comfortable. Right next door there is the separate WC with also frosted glass window and washbasin.
Your personal garden area awaits you on the north side of the house. It invites you to have a delicious breakfast or to relax. By reason of the traffic-free zone children can carefree run around here.

The modern and newly furnished two-room-flat with 42 m² is located on the 1st floor of a holiday apartment and offers space for up to 4 people. It is idyllically placed in a quiet environment surrounded by apple orchards, in the suburb of Markdorf. A historical flair offers the small castle Ittendorf.
Ittendorf benefits from its central geographical location and is surrounded by the cities of Meersburg, Immenstaad and Markdorf. By car you can reach the numerous promenades and outdoor swimming pools on Lake Constance in just a few minutes. Historically influenced cities such as Überlingen, Meersburg and Ravensburg, as well as the popular leisure activities for the whole family - e. g. the swing golf course in Markdorf, the climbing park in Immenstaad or the Spieleland in Ravensburg - can also be reached quickly by car.
In two farm shops you will be able to purchase fresh bread rolls, organic eggs, fruit, vegetables and homemade products, which you can easily reach on foot. Further grocery shops you can reach by car in the surrounding area.
Starting from the apartment you can reach the nature with meadows, woods and numerous vineyards in a few minutes on foot. Even without a car Lake Constance is reachable via cycle paths and hiking trails in a short time.
